The main goal for this project is to launch a brand new podcast show that generates leads and sales using content created by me. This includes editing shows and creating podcast show notes, researching content topics, and identifying guests for interviews.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- content strategy for the podcast.

- Ability to create a podcast format and structure.

- Ability to create a podcast logo and artwork.

- Ability to record and edit podcast episodes.

- Ability to upload and publish podcast episodes.

- Ability to promote the podcast on social media and other platforms.

- Ability to analyze the performance of the podcast and make adjustments as needed.

Final deliverables should include:

- All final edited audio files.

- All artwork and logos.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

-Updates to the existing standard operating procedure (as needed).

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

- Researching and selecting topics for the podcast show.

- Developing a content plan for the podcast show.

- Identifying and booking guests for interviews.

- Creating a podcast logo and artwork.

- Recording and editing the podcast episodes.

- Uploading and publishing the podcast episodes.

- Creating podcast show notes.

- Promoting the podcast show on social media.

- Analyzing the performance of the podcast and making adjustments as needed.

-Updating the existing standard operating procedure (as needed)

Students will be provided with ongoing mentoring, tools and support during the project.

This includes:

• text/ calls to answer questions
• existing tools (i.e. paid canva pro) and technology to complete the project
• support such as existing standard operating procedures and workflows, including tutorials
• access to paid programs to support the project as needed (for example: social media programs)

**This podcast content is heavily focused on faith, female empowerment topics (mindset, money, miracles) and as such is best suited for a student with interest in this niche.
