The project aims to identify affluent areas with household incomes above $150k, focusing on luxury businesses and individuals who indulge in high-end services. Key demographics include seniors in high tax brackets, executives, stay-at-home mothers with children, and busy professionals. Additionally, the project will explore other potential customer groups, such as frequent travelers and those who prioritize convenience. The analysis will also include research on Airbnb and short-term rental markets. Furthermore, with the recent launch of a luxury candle line, the project will identify eco-conscious clients and suitable marketing channels for this product.

Livrables

The project will deliver a detailed report outlining the identified target demographics and potential customer groups. It will include a list of affluent areas and luxury businesses within the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area by postal code. The report will also provide insights into the Airbnb and short-term rental markets. Additionally, recommendations for marketing the luxury candle line to eco-conscious clients will be included.
