sales process lead generation sales researchWe would like you to review and document our current sales process, define a strategy, and generate training material for our current team and new hires. Most of our leads come directly through our website while others (cold leads) are sourced elsewhere. We are looking to develop a more automated process to contact these leads, with the message depending on whether they are 'cold' or 'warm.' Based on your research and industry best practices, you should develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated.
The insights that you provide will help our team improve lead generation and increase conversion rates to drive more sales.
- Interview our CEO and Sales rep to understand current process.
- A report detailing your research, recommended solutions, and an implementation plan.
- A Sales Handbook outlining the recommended sales process and strategy, including sales scripts for emails and sales calls.
- A short presentation on the contents of the report and handbook.
Students will connect directly with the management team for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
