We have been building a next generation Application Lifecycle Management product in the cloud that will be used by enterprise clients to manage software development projects from inception to deployment and maintenance.


The goal of this project is identify, research and study target customer segments and their unique needs, analyze market tools available and do gap analysis and produce a business case for building the new features with unique value additions.

Livrables

The team will collaborate with the Product Owner in the following activities -

  • Identify and define a few target customer segments
  • Conduct market research and study minimum 5 competitors (choose)
  • Jira / Jama Software / ReqSuite / Azure DevOps / Confluence / Aha Roadmaps / Rally / Xebrio / IBM Doors / Accompa / Innoslate / Polarion / CodeBeamer / ReqView
  • Analyze, compare and report all the use cases of the competitor products
  • Analyze and report the gaps in all the products for all use cases / features
  • Brainstorm and propose creative ideas to meet or exceed the needs of the identified customer segments
Mentorat

Product owner and his team will collaborate with the team in Zoom on a scheduled time that would work for the team. More clarifications, guidance or brainstorming sessions will be done based on the help required.
