The goal of this project is to create an overall plan to ramp up and expand their operations to maximize their profitability. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Analyzing CTS & Associates' existing operations and financials.
- Developing a plan to increase their profitability.
- Researching potential opportunities for growth.
- Identifying areas for improvement in their current operations.
- Developing strategies to capitalize on their niche area of focus.
- Creating a financial understanding of the company.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- An understanding of CTS & Associates' existing operations and financials.
- A plan to increase their profitability.
- Identification of potential opportunities for growth.
- Strategies to capitalize on their niche area of focus.
- A financial understanding of the company.
Final deliverables should include:
- All source code.
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
- Meet with learners at least once a week
- be available to answer additional questions via email
- provide information and context about the business
- provide guidance and feedback as needed
