The main goal of this project is to reach out to contacts in the Canadian Security Association (CANASA) database who do not have an email address and determine if they are still active in the security industry. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching the contacts in the database to determine if they are still active in the security industry.


- Reaching out to contacts to obtain their email address and permission to continue communicating with them.


- Working with internal resources to ensure the database is kept up-to-date.


Livrables

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:


- Understanding of CANASA's contact database.


- Ability to research contacts to determine if they are still active in the security industry.


- Ability to reach out to contacts and obtain their email address and permission to continue communicating with them.


- Understanding of how to work with internal resources to ensure the database is kept up-to-date.



Final deliverables should include:


- A report outlining the research conducted and the results obtained.


- A list of contacts who have been contacted and their email addresses.


Mentorat

CANASA will provide necessary instructions, training and oversight to students tasked with completing this project. CANASA will also provide a letter of reference for students who aid in completing this project.
