The FSST program has been built out to utilize a modern individualized sales skills and behaviors assessment that is linked to an online debriefing program. The online program utilizes videos and learning modules that will take the user through a sales training journey, focused on the fitness space.
Why is this cool? Studio owners and staff are often not trained or motivated to sell services. Rather they are typically excited by the offering but fail to ask the key questions to turn first time users into members, and members into long term clients. What else is cool? The post pandemic world is coming and studios are going to need to onboard as many new members as possible to ensure their survival.
Additionally in-studio sales are equally important. Encouraging members to "buy the t-shirt, or water bottle, swag, prepared meals and refreshments" can triple the wallet share of the client and create an even "stickier" customer experience.
