We will provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed, as well as access to key contacts. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to help us develop a strong, competitive financial business plan. This financial plan is focused on a SaaS and Transaction fee business model.
The plan should include:
- Sales forecasting
- Expense budget
- Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
- Assets and liabilities
- Break-even analysis
- Unit economics
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report
- Financial model
- 30- minute presentation
- Students will connect directly with the Co-Founder/CEO for mentorship throughout the project.
- Access to a current financial model
- Competitor analysis
