To improve the usability and design of our current website. The current website is situated in a way that supports the basic functions based on the requirements of the company, however, would like to make it more user-friendly as well as begin to develop new functions and features.

The project would entail conducting research on the usability of our type of website and the implementations of these strategies to increase customer satisfaction with the website process, working in parallel with our UX/UI team. It will also entail collaboration with the team to determine next steps regarding which new features to prioritize regarding implementation.

Livrables

This project will be considered complete once the research regarding useability is implemented into the current website, as well as once the list of new features to target is created based on priority, and the first of these is in route to being implemented.


Mentorat

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

The student will have direct access to the founder and can set up daily check-ins to help answer any questions about the research or direction.
