The main project goal is to view and log several hours of footage for documentary projects from approximately 10 locations, and transcribe audio and video interviews with time codes. Also highlight and note strong/informative piece nor viable clips that have the most important information about the related subject that could potentially be used in finished documentaries to provide a flowing story. .

Livrables

Tasks include:

  • view approximately 10 locations worth of film footage and log subjects/topics for each clip according to set parameters and key words on excel spreadsheets
  • transcribe audio clips with time codes using AI transcription services, with final manual input for accurate words and imines.
  • analyze the material, and highlight and note strong/informative pieces
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and strong attention to detail in all aspects are required
  • optional: analyzing and reviewing material to piece it together for a draft script would be advantageous.
  • Spreadsheets are expected to be completed and delivered, along with Word documents supplied with transcribed interviews and time codes,
  • Provide suggested video clips and interview material to create a draft script from the material
