We would like the help of students to modify our current organisational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities.
To accomplish this, we believe students will need to:
- Research the existing positions and personnel
- Apply an understanding of effective organisational structures in our industry
- Generate a projection for personnel needs
- Complete a gap analysis for the skills and positions needed
- Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organisational Structure
- Create manuals and guidelines for onboarding interns and employees
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A final report
- Manuals
- Guidelines
- Reports
- Forms
Students will connect directly with the project manager for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
