The main objective of the Project Manager position at Wouessi Inc. is to effectively manage and deliver digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.


Learners in the Project Manager role will be tasked with addressing several challenges and achieving specific outcomes throughout the project:


Project Delivery Efficiency: The primary challenge is to ensure efficient project delivery within defined constraints, including scope, budget, and timeline. Learners will be responsible for managing resources, mitigating risks, and resolving issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget


Stakeholder Expectations Management: Learners will need to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communication to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables. This involves regular status updates, transparent communication, and proactive stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.


Continuous Improvement: Learners will be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

To successfully achieve the project goal as a Project Manager at Wouessi Inc., learners will need to complete a series of tasks and undertake various activities throughout the project lifecycle. Here are the key tasks and activities learners will need to complete:


Project Initiation:

  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to establish project team roles and responsibilities.

Project Planning:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify project dependencies, constraints, and critical paths.
  • Define project milestones, tasks, and deadlines.

Resource Management:

  • Identify and allocate project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Establish resource utilization and availability schedules.

Project Execution:

  • Lead project execution activities, including task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with project team members and stakeholders.

Change Management:

  • Manage project scope changes and change requests.
  • Assess change impact and communicate changes to stakeholders.

Communication Management:

  • Establish communication channels and protocols for project communication.

Project Closure:

  • Conduct project closure activities, including final project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

  4. Collaboration Tools: Learners will have access to collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for virtual communication, collaboration, and coordination with project team members and stakeholders.
  5. Document Management Systems: Learners will have access to document management systems such as SharePoint or Google Drive for organizing, storing, and sharing project documentation and files securely.
