The main goal for the project is to integrate VOIP services with a CRM system to enhance patient management at Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic. This will involve creating a seamless communication system between healthcare providers and patients, as well as optimizing patient data management within the CRM system.

- Researching and understanding the specific needs of healthcare facilities in terms of patient management and communication systems.


- Developing a cloud-based CRM system tailored to the needs of Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic, including features for patient data management and communication integration.


- Integrating VOIP services into the CRM system to enable seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients.


- Testing the integrated system for functionality, security, and user-friendliness.


- Providing training and support for the staff at Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the new system.
