- Integrating VOIP services into the CRM system to enable seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients.
- Testing the integrated system for functionality, security, and user-friendliness.
- Providing training and support for the staff at Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the new system.
Final deliverables:
- A fully functional cloud-based CRM system with integrated VOIP services specifically designed for patient management in healthcare facilities.
- Documentation of the system's features, functionalities, and security measures.
