The main goal of this project is to conduct a market assessment for Parachute to expand to the US, UK, Auz, and Nz. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the current market conditions in each of the target countries.


- Analyzing the competitive landscape in each of the target countries.


- Identifying potential customer segments and analyzing their needs and preferences.


- Developing a marketing strategy for each of the target countries.


- Estimating the potential market size and revenue opportunities.


- Developing a financial model for the expansion project.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
