Mentorat

Learners will work closely with the manager in charge of Jobby's podcast process who will supervise their work and be available for questions. They will instruct them on our process, and they will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings to gain feedback on their overall work. The manager in charge of this project will review their edits of each podcast as well as review the questions they've drafted, the software and hardware suggestions they have made and their reasoning behind it, as well as their research into potential clients and their video editing vision to ensure it meets our standards for quality. Regular communication will also be conducted via slack.
