Our company proposes a solution for non-profit, community initiatives and causes. We want to better understand our target market and the overall market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.

We want to collaborate with students to conduct market research.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Researching our target market and market potential.
  • Gathering statistics on the problems and obstacles of our target market.
  • Analyzing the different stakeholders in the market.
  • Researching the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Analyzing existing solutions.



Livrables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our target market and market potential
  • Understanding the problems and obstacles of the players of our target market.
  • Understanding of our industry and existing solutions.

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report.
  • A presentation.
Mentorat

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Our current understanding of the market
  • Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
