This project will deal with detailed manuals for processing of each immigration stream, document checklist, eligibility criteria, method for efficient progress tracking of each application and data organization of documents for faster retrieval.

· Detailed manuals Create a detailed manual on the process for partnering up with the institutions. This includes a checklist for institution data to be retrieved/stored, relevant contact information for each program, admissions board information, partnership initiation process.

o Criteria Checklist

Create a grid with all the eligibility criteria to assign cases to different streams which will allow a checklist for categorizing clients.

o Create step by step data organization instructional guide

This will require acute data organization of client documents in the portal under appropriate folders and files for quick retrieval.

· Guidelines

Create detailed guidelines for each case based on client requirements. The students will be required to assemble the information categorically in an organized format.

· Application processing flow within the organization:

Design effective flow of client application through different staff members for the most efficient path to ensure faster processing

We will communicate with the students regularly to ensure that they are provided with all the information needed. The students will be supervised by an employee of ours who will overlook all their tasks. The students will be provided with detailed information for each task and all the necessary tools to complete the task. They will have access to the Office365 tools, digital tools etc for maximum ease of operation.
