Manage2Retain is seeking to expand its market presence by identifying industries and companies that have a significant need for employee retention and absenteeism solutions. The project aims to conduct thorough market research to pinpoint sectors experiencing high employee turnover rates and companies actively seeking retention and absenteeism strategies. This analysis will help Manage2Retain tailor its services to meet the specific needs of these industries, enhancing its competitive edge. The project will involve collecting and analyzing data on industry trends, turnover statistics, absenteeism rates and existing retention/absenteeism strategies along with sectors where turnover and absenteeism are trending towards increases. It would also help to know what industry sectors are dealing with labor shortages and face difficulty attracting/recruiting talent as these could also be candidates for our services. By understanding these dynamics, Manage2Retain can better position itself to offer targeted solutions that address the unique challenges faced by different sectors.



Key tasks include:


- Conducting a literature review on employee retention and absenteeism trends.


- Identifying industries with high turnover and absenteeism rates.


- Analyzing company-specific retention challenges.


-Determine what types of companies or industry sectors are facing labor/skill shortages and face difficulty in recruiting talent


- Compiling a comprehensive report with actionable insights.
