The Federation of Canadian Music Festivals (FCMF) seeks to reconnect with alumni of the National Music Festival to gather updates on their current endeavors and achievements. The goal is to collect personal stories, photos, and impact statements that highlight how the festival has influenced their lives and careers. This project aims to create a comprehensive alumni database that will serve as a valuable resource for future promotional materials and community engagement. By leveraging classroom knowledge in communication, data collection, and digital archiving, learners will gain practical experience in alumni relations and project management. The project will involve reaching out to alumni through various channels, conducting interviews, and compiling the collected information into a structured format.
