Quadratic Sound hosts weekly community events for music and education. The student will be assisting in coordinating events for a season. By the end of the placement the student will have successfully organized 1-2 months of events.

In addition, feedback from the student will help identify pain points in our processes and opportunities for automation. Assistance from the student will allow our company to spend more resources towards automating our systems.

Tasks include

• Reviewing event booking requests
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Collecting supporting documents and materials
• Online marketing including Facebook, Instagram, and email
• Reviewing booking processes to identify pain points and opportunities for automation

In support of their project, the student will receive:

• Weekly mentorship meetings
• Access to digital systems including Google Suite, Vagaro, Facebook, Instagram
