The main goal for the project is to develop a series of organizational policy and disclosure documents that align with Shoo-Foo Eco Linens' mission and B-Corp obligations. This will involve creating policies and documents that reflect the company's commitment to reducing toxins in the environment and promoting eco-sustainable products. The documents should cover areas such as environmental impact, supply chain transparency, fair labor practices, and community engagement.

- Analyzing the current organizational policies and practices at Shoo-Foo Eco Linens.

- Developing a set of policy documents that address all requirements dictated by the B-Corp accreditation. That includes policies related to environmental impact, supply chain transparency, fair labor practices, and community engagement.

- Creating disclosure documents based on the B-Corp's requirements.

- Collaborating with key stakeholders at Shoo-Foo Eco Linens to ensure the policies and documents align with the company's mission and values.

- Reviewing and revising the documents based on feedback from company stakeholders.

- Finalizing a comprehensive set of organizational policy and disclosure documents that meet the company's B-Corp obligations and reflect its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide information such as:

• List of policies required to meet the requirements of the B-Corp Accreditation
• The content of the company B-Corp Assessment report.

and to answer any questions the students may have or problems they may encounter.
