planning online marketing competitive analysis paragraphsDLA and Associates Inc. is planning to launch new healthy edible grain flakes products in physical stores and online marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our traditional and online marketing strategy to sell our products on these platforms and to develop a strong distribution network.
We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as brand collateral, and more.
Objective
We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in online marketplaces and physical stores and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
The final deliverables will include:
- Identification of our current and future competitors in the selected online marketplaces and physical locations in North America.
- The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different.
- A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis.
Students will be assigned a subtopic depending on the company's needs.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project for at least 5 hours. Regular recap and Q&A sessions will be scheduled.
