The main goal of this project is to create a bookkeeping system for Quadratic Sound that will help them keep track of their finances and manage their budget. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Setting up a bookkeeping system

- Tracking all income and expenses

- Creating financial reports

- Analyzing financial data and making recommendations

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.

- Ability to set up a bookkeeping system.

Final deliverables should include:

- A bookkeeping system set up for Quadratic Sound.

Students will receive regular 1-on-1 meeting time with a supervisor to get clarity on the Company's vision and mission, as well as key business and operating information that will critical to completing any grant applications. The student will also receive feedback on their copy-writing from their supervisor, as well as the wider team. The student can expect weekly synchronous checkins, as well as quick async feedback over Discord.
