Straight Up Health needs help building out a strategic sales plan.

Given that we are a relatively new mental health clinic, we need to make our services more widely know, which requires a sales team.

We cater specially to the youth demographic (teens and young adults) which is why working with University students seems like a great fit. We are looking to develop a plan that helps us in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting sales avenues in our target market.

The project may include, but is not limited to:

• Compiling relevant market information: understanding our business model and target audience
• learn where youth currently find the support they need for mental health and how do they inevitably choose a therapist or find the right support
• identify and create the right avenues to focus on for sales (Doctors, Hospitals, Social Media, New Grads etc). This can be obtained through research and interviewing.
• determine a sales forecast, timeline and execution strategy

The final project deliverable is a sales recommendation report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.

I will be as available as any students need me to be. This is a very exciting opportunity for Straight Up Health. As we are a start up and in growth mode there could be job opportunities after the project. At the very least of course the opportunity for mentorship, from many angles, but a main one being entrepreneurship (and of course mental health!)
