The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive volunteer recruitment plan to support our Non-Profit Initiative. The plan should aim to enhance community engagement and project implementation efficiency, ultimately supporting individuals from marginalized groups in achieving economic freedom through entrepreneurship and sustainable endeavors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching effective volunteer recruitment processes and approaches to identify viable strategies


- Developing a strategy to attract volunteers from diverse backgrounds and communities.


- Creating a communication plan to engage potential volunteers and promote the Non-Profit Initiative.


- Developing supporting resources to implement a volunteer management system for volunteer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.


Livrables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive volunteer recruitment plan outlining strategies, communication plans, and onboarding processes.



Final deliverables:


- Conduct a presentation reporting on the research, strategy development, and implementation plan for the volunteer recruitment process. Documentation of this information will also be required.



Mentorat
  • Access to Tools and Technology: Provision of necessary software and platforms for research, database management, digital marketing, and communication. This includes access to CRM tools, database software, and digital marketing platforms.


  • Staff Guidance and Mentorship: Regular meetings with experienced staff to guide project direction, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with the overall objectives


  • Access to Data and Resources as required.
  • Opportunity to work with the student to hone in on specific aspects of skills development in alignment with the project goals.
