Implementation of programs to address the interlocking issues affecting youths and help with navigating barriers in the area of education, language, housing and employment. Creating opportunities for newcomer youth to build connections, develop new social networks and apply skills in a setting.

Conducted research on the strength and weakness of various departments within the hospital. Assessed each department on compliance with correct procedures, policies and health/safety procedures assigned by the Accreditation Canada standards.

Delivered products located in marshalling areas to the supply room and ensured that products were in good condition for usage. Receive calls from all over the hospital database to ensure smooth running of products needed for procedures

Engage students within the Faculty of Health with mentors( professors, alumni and graduate students). Work with other student teams to create events that highlight the opportunities for black students
