Glo Up was an enriching experience overall. The program provided valuable opportunities for professional development and growth. It allowed me to gain insights into various aspects of the industry and understand the expectations and demands of the workforce better. Gina demonstrated a genuine interest in nurturing the interns and fostering a supportive environment for learning and collaboration. The structured nature of the program facilitated meaningful interactions and provided a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences. Overall, Glo Up was positive and has contributed significantly to my personal and professional development journey.

It has been wonderful to work alongside Gina and the wonderful team at Glo-Up again! My time participating in the program has been marked by cross-functional collaborations and I have to say my communication skills have greatly improved! Working with Gina and the team has been a fantastic experience! Great team and environment!

Working with the GloUp program was great. It was beneficial for me to gain some experience editing with a team for the first time, collaborating to reach our goal of a great project. It felt very nice to able to be given a chance with projects, even if I had previously little experience with the technique I would be primarily using. It gave me a chance to further develop my skillset.

It has been an incredible experience so far with Gina, and rest of the team at Glo Up (SN&NE Inc). Gina has mentored, guided, and provided me with high level industry professional camera and editing opportunities. I am very thankful for being accepted into this internship, and I am excited for the chance to work on more projects together!

This is my second project with Gina, I highly recommend working with her. The amount of experience that I gained isn't comparable to any program that I know of. She's very pleasant to work with and the projects are different each time. I was able to improve my post production skills in a short amount of time.

It was an honour and a pleasure to work with Ryan and Gina on this project. I was able to experience both the online administration aspect and the on set film shoot aspect of PA-ing in the film industry. I can't wait to see how this documentary turns out! :)
