Virtual Internship Opportunity: Business Development

We are fostering the next generation of business leaders who are critical thinkers, demonstrate inclusivity, and aspire to make a positive impact in their communities.” The primary focus for the student will be: Branding - cobrand the Illuminate Leadership Curriculum with high school student clubs across the country and coordinate Illuminate university "buddies" to teach the curriculum. Marketing Communications - work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to push out content, develop KPIs for recruitment, and activate funnels to generate more qualified Illuminate Leadership Academy applicants. Partnerships - develop meaningful mini co-op curriculums with contacts you already have in your network to grow the Illuminate corporate partnership family.

Podcast Production

Podcasting is a rapidly growing content medium, with a highly localized consumership. Working with students, we would like to take advantage of the trend and create a season of our own podcast. We would like for students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series, based on our outcome objectives. Students will get the chance to interview successful leaders, get trained to ask insightful questions and use their digital media skills to edit and publish the podcast on behalf of Illuminate.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Our business is growing and we're looking for support to continue strengthening our online presence on social media. You'll play a key role in getting our message in front of potential clients as we help them strengthen their personal brands via blog writing, LinkedIn ghostwriting and career coaching.

Student Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a student to help us with Human Resources, recruiting, hiring. This includes using digital marketing to gain the attention of talent, reviewing resumes, initial reach outs to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, conducting screening calls with interested candidates, and conducting initial interviews with candidates who meet our criteria.
