Project Management: Help us get from alpha to beta

We are looking to bring on students to be our learner-consultant in a project management role. We are a data startup focused on advanced consumer feedback. We're going into various industries and doing credibility checks, security checks, breakdowns feedback in different aspects of the business and so much more. We're looking for a project manager to help us get our program from alpha to beta! As a project manager we'll look to you to help us identify challenges, analyze our current programs, and then come up with solutions and strategies to implement and help us get to that next level. In this role you'll help with assessing and identifying needs/issues and provide actionable recommendations while performing result based tasks. Work with our tech, executive, security, and marketing team to help us get to our Beta Launch in 2024! KnowQuest Consumer Feedback Platform UI/UX Enhancement

Knowquest Inc. is developing an advanced consumer feedback platform called KnowQuest. The goal of this project is to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the platform to ensure it is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly. The current design needs refinement to better meet user needs and expectations. The project will involve analyzing the existing UI/UX, gathering user feedback, and implementing design improvements. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of front-end development, design principles, and user research to create a seamless and visually appealing interface. The project will focus on both web and native application interfaces, ensuring consistency across different platforms. Key tasks include: - Conducting a UI/UX audit of the current platform. - Gathering and analyzing user feedback. - Designing wireframes and prototypes. - Implementing design changes using front-end technologies. - Testing the new interface for usability and performance.

Knowquest Learning Platform Enhancement

Knowquest Inc. aims to enhance its existing learning platform by developing new features that improve user experience and engagement. The project involves both front-end and back-end development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). The primary goal is to create a seamless and interactive interface for learners to access course materials, track progress, and participate in discussions. The project will also include the integration of a notification system to keep users informed about updates and deadlines. This enhancement will provide learners with a more intuitive and efficient way to manage their educational journey. Key tasks include: - Designing and implementing new user interface components. - Developing back-end APIs to support new features. - Integrating a real-time notification system. - Ensuring the platform is responsive and user-friendly across different devices.

Capstone in Digital Forensics

Attempt to uncover the facts about what happened on a computer system, network devices, phones or tablets for internal company investigations, criminal activity and other types of digital investigations. Incident response : investigate computer systems by collecting and analyzing data. Then develop a response to a security incident. Cybersecurity: Risk Management Build a Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework for the Organization Cybersecurity: Information Assurance: Develop an Information Assurance (IA) plan that can identify the potential risks to that data throughout the development, use, storage, transmission, and processing of an application. The plan can help guarantee the availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation of information and information systems.
