Continuation of Financial Business Planning collaboration between Smartertech and CBU students. supporting further developments and refining of financial plans positioning Smartertech for future growth This will involve students: Learning more and contributing to adaptation of company business strategy to evolving external and internal environment. Understanding goals, mission, and products, going a step further to craft vision statements. Refining forecasts using Excel for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive). Working with the team to refine expense budgets and develop expense forecasts. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. prepare visual comparisons using graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projections.

Provide a Digital Marketing Template for an online business

Our company would like to create a marketing platform on shopify. We have developed a set of marketing strategies, but it has been challenging to implement them. We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our sister companies target market, products and services. Design marketing content in the form of posts, emails, brochures, etc. Design content according to our social media calendar to increase website traffic for only 2 natural beauty products. We will discuss how many they can do in the timeframe Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending search engine optimization (SEO) strategies so our materials are easily accessible.
