Digital Content Creation

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are working on rebranding Elan Healthcare and need to update all our digital materials accordingly. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Financial/Accounting Assistance

Positions available: 2 Our team is looking for someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, Xero, Netsuite). We need help catching up on a few tasks and developing processes to make it easier going forward. If you're hard-working and dedicated, we’d love to help you gain some professional experience and grow your skills! We have a project to review our current financial accounts and cash flow and need one student who is familiar with Quickbooks online as well as cash flow forecasting.

Creating Graphic Design Assets

Our company has had the same design assets for several years, and although we have enjoyed this branding, we are looking to revamp and update our brand book. This may involve: Creating a new branding guide that is new, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals, and making any necessary revisions. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets (banner ad, illustration, infographic, etc) based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails. Creating multiple thumbnails with different color schemes based on the colors in the branding guide.

We have 2 separate projects and need one student for each: 1- one student for preparing for tax season and a roundup of our accounts for the last year 2- one student for financial analysis of profit and loss for our different products and activities in the last year.
