It was a joy partnering with Terence. He was willing to work with me to create a project that fit my students' needs and contributed to his organization. He was also willing to meet with my class to explain the organizational context and provide feedback on my students' submissions throughout the semester.

I really enjoyed collaborating with the employers on the Training and Development Journey Map. The entire process was incredible, with clear, well-structured steps that made it easy to dive deep into identifying potential problems and creating effective solutions. The specific team I worked on was amazing, as everyone worked really well together.

We had a rewarding experience working with the Victorious Family, where I appreciated the supportive team environment and opportunities to learn. The leadership from Terence provided valuable guidance, allowing us to enhance our skills and contribute meaningful work to the project. We are grateful for the experience and look forward to applying what we've learned in future opportunities.

The company gave us clear, detailed assignments, gave us access to all materials we needed, and served as a point person throughout the whole process.

Working with the employers of Victorious Family as an IT Business Analyst has been largely positive, characterized by a collaborative environment, structured approach, and supportive resources. Mr Chatmon showed great enthusiasm in communication with students and was happy to provide them with information and meet with them throughout the assigned project. As well, he demonstrated flexibility in defining the project to fit my course requirement.

I had a good experience working with this company to complete a school assignment. However, some feedback would have been nice to be able to establish an effective training and development journey map.

The overall experience was engaging especially that I have a diverse team. Also, adopting in a real world company is a unique experience especially in aligning specific team objectives to be able to come up with innovative ideas.

It was an interesting project with several elements of ambiguity. But the openness and enthusiasm of the employer made it easier for the team involved to take the project to the end.
