Project Scope Number of individual students required: 4 students The Digital Assets Manager will ensure that files are collected and sent in the correct format to our designers and marketing departments, help organize files within ClickUp, create workflows, and handle metadata entries. These will also include writing subheaders, a short descriptive excerpt (1-3 sentences), 200-300 character SEO descriptions, and appropriate tags and categories for blog posts post. SEO programs are provided. The digital assets manager will also input metadata information and upload files to distribution platforms, printers, and cataloguing platforms. Qualifications Knowledge of ClickUp and metadata is a plus but can be learned during the internship. There is a lot of room for creativity and input. Case studies Pitch decks Company web design Marketing Social media imagery/branding Social media ads EPK's Author website designs Merchandise We have designers on our team ready to help you along the way! Qualifications The student must have a working knowledge of design programs, preferably in multiple (Adobe Suite, Quark, Affinity, Canva, etc). You will work closely with our team and receive lots of support. There is a lot of room for creativity and input. Number of individual students required: 1 student We are looking for a student with an excellent understanding of marketing and communications to run campaigns for our company. Tasks will include: Content Creation for social media Pursue guest blog posts Identify media outlets specific to our services Create e-mail sequences and manage email marketing Publish content schedule Manage SM sites Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Contact potential clients including education institutions There is a lot of room for creativity and input.
