Cape Breton University invites employers to collaborate with students in the Business Management Post-Baccalaureate Diploma Capstone Project course. This experiential course pairs student teams with real companies to tackle pressing business challenges, blending academic learning with practical application. These projects allow students to explore critical business aspects like marketing and economics, helping them understand organizational priorities and apply competencies in a dynamic environment. Students choose a capstone project, providing a practical focus to their learning and enabling them to strengthen their management skills for careers in various sectors.
