Conestoga College presents a unique opportunity to work with our highly motivated students in the Organizational Consulting Skills course. This capstone experience is divided into two vital sections: Capstone 1 and Capstone 2.


Capstone 1 kicks off in the Fall 2023 semester. During this phase, students will work closely with you to craft a comprehensive project proposal, tailored to your specific HR consultancy needs.

Capstone 2, the project implementation phase, follows Capstone 1. Once the proposal is refined and approved, students will dive into the project, applying their acquired skills and knowledge to provide valuable solutions.

Option 2: Don't have a specific project but want to collaborate? No problem, a project template could be provided.
