They will apply proven research and analysis models taught by their professor with experience in analyzing employee attitudes and actions in over 500 workplaces.

Present the Workplace Alignment Map showing how well aligned your organizational culture, structure, systems, workplace climate, and workplace actions and services are.
Provide a set of evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.
