In both my Leadership and Change Management courses at University Canada West in Vancouver, B.C., we deeply explore the proven needs of employees for both emotional and physical wellness, their current situation and the causes, and the proven action that can be taken to ensure a healthy and safe workplace with optimum job satisfaction. We have designed, used, and validated an employee survey tool that gives you more than just "data" but deep, clear-language answers produced through evidence-based scientific methods. My team classes are supervised by me (Dr. Eli Sopow). I have more than 30 years experience in workplace measurements at over 500 workplaces across Canada, including wellness studies for a wide range or organizations ranging from law enforcement to not-for-profit groups.

Preparing a report in plain language that zeroes in on the "achievable" needs of an organization to improve workplace wellness through employee communication and consultation. The report also includes best practices that are applicable to your unique organization.
