Work Integrated learning (WIL) is the key to career success. WIL is experiential learning at its best. The School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts (SHTCA) at Centennial College believes that students develop and hone their skills when exposed to hands on learning. By completing a project for or participating in virtual placement with an Employer Partner, you are providing our students the opportunity to start their careers with tremendous momentum.

Students from the Food & Beverage Management diploma program have been prepared with the job skills for success in the restaurant and food service industry and the leadership skills for a progressive career.

Students from the Hospitality - Hotel Operations Management diploma program have the business skills and acumen to work in a wide range of areas within this multifaceted industry. Among these areas will be front desk management, housekeeping operations, food and beverage management, and human resources planning.
