The internship program is a good opportunity to get in touch with fresh students interested to understand how they can apply their skills they're developing

This was a great opportunity to connect with students, provide experience for them, and get assistance with projects.

I did not feel the project was worth our time. In future I will go with a paid intern.

There is a need for interim milestone with students and a system for course correcting students that are not performing the work. I believe at every 1/3 of their 8 weeks or 80 hours that if they are not producing the comapny shoudl have an opportunity to cease the project with those that are just negligent in producing and communicating as required by the level up program. Mind you this is happening in only the minority of cases and always with those that are in groups of 2 to 4. the individual students in Level-up always are giving a great effort. I guess there is strengths in numbers when on a team it is easier to be irresponsible and feel ok with not hitting deadlines, missing meetings, ghosting employers and more. I think stopping teams is a consideration that should be investigated.

I love the idea of the Level Up program and enjoyed working with Seida. My issue was other respondents had poor communication with me after I accepted them. I never heard from any of them - not even a "decline".

Working with student teams may seem to require more time than it might prove to be worth, but with persistence we've found the students will make meaningful contributions when given direction, within a plan.

It's a pleasure to work with Level Up. They've connected us with skilled interns who have made meaningful contributions to our technology driven start-up, enabling us to grow during a crucial stage in our development.

This program is excellent for working with future developers, as well great for building out your ideas and bringing them to the forefront. I have had good experiences with the staff at Level UP and I hope they continue to offer these types of programs. It's great for the students as well the businesses.

The administrators were helpful and the project proved useful to us. We had a number of applicants and were able to work well with them to find the best fits possible.

Level up gives opportunities to handpick your students. I have worked with the best in my class and must say that UCN has a group of talented young scholars.

Students working as a team can develop a number of different skills including critical thinking which is a much-needed component of social science research. I am glad level up reached out to UCN and offered this opportunity.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have Sobia deliver this project for my business. She is extremely well training, knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. I am excited about where I can go from here. My main suggestion is that the program provide a longer period of time for the work to be completed. I think the 80 hours could have been spread over 6 to 8 weeks for better impact. I had no idea this existed and would love to see programs like this offered again. it is very helpful to single person start up businesses like mine. Thank you very much!

The LEVEL UP program is a great initiative and we're glad to have had the opportunity to participate. This was our first time bringing a student on board through Riipen and the program, and it was a positive experience.

The LEVEL UP program has been a game changer for Planetary CARE. The work performed by the interns enrolled with our teams has helped elevate us towards our mission to 'Build Planetary Resilience through Regeneration'. These paid internships brought highly qualified and motivated students to our projects, and for that we are very grateful. The Planetary CARE team took the time to carefully define the projects, deliverables and tasks to ensure that the interns would receive 'real life' work experience in exchange for their dedication and hard work.
