The Level Up program is such a wonderful opportunity for students and recent graduates to connect with employers to engage in meaningful collaborative work. I will continue to seek out and participate in Level Up projects when possible as I find it incredibly inspiring to connect with a diverse range of learners who bring their unique talents and perspectives into our shared work. Incredible program for startups.

Riipen is a great internship program for small businesses and youth. Some abilities on the website are lacking, such as better integration/acceability of related information on one page or the way navigation works overall on the site. The hardest thing with riipen is effectively screening the candidates, it takes a lot of clicking to see every part (former feedback, their portfolio of work, their resume, their cover letter) and then you forget the information about other candidates so you have to click through everything again to review them again. My only minor issue with the program, other than that, its a wonderful program that our organization was blessed to have for 2 projects now.

This program was very beneficial for our new company. We made great contacts with students and the work that was completed was top notch. Thank you level up!

Outstanding program to assist students and employers!

Riipen and Level UP provide excellent opportunities for students to gain experience and earn some money while providing valuable work product for employers. The onus is on the employer to clearly define the project and interview well to choose the best candidates, but I think it is very important for all the students, no matter what their skill level, to gain experience and hopefully mentorship from the employers.
