Achēv, one of the largest providers of employment, settlement, language, women’s, youth, and technology services in the GTA, is partnering with Riipen, a leading work-based learning platform, to offer a faster pathway into Canada’s thriving fintech sector. Through hands-on, employer-led projects, this partnership will equip aspiring internationally trained fintech professionals with the in-demand skills and practical experience needed for success in today’s dynamic job market. Together, they are building an ecosystem of opportunities for all, fostering a more inclusive and vibrant fintech sector.

Achēv: Innovations in FinTech – April 2025 | 2-Week, 80-Hour Internship
2-week, 80-hour, FinTech work placements for Canadian employers. Hit "Request Match" to submit your project for review by the Achēv: Innovations in FinTech team. Visit Getting Started with Achēv: Employers for help on how to post your project. Once approved, you will be assigned a team of 1-2 participants before the project start date. Projects will start on April 7th, 2025 and must be completed within 2 weeks . The participants are graduates of Achēv: Innovations in FinTech Program, a 7-week curriculum. They have recently completed immersive, hands-on training in fintech and are equipped to assist with a variety of projects and tasks related to information and financial technology. 12-week, 450-hour, fully-subsidised, fintech work placements for Canadian employers. Learners are paid a wage of $25/hr CAD ($11,250.00 CAD total) paid monthly, by Achēv. Employers are not required to provide payment. Submit a project here for the Achēv: Innovations in FinTech team to review.
