To create a Dynamic, interactive company team bio page that is unique and focus on our brand through our teachers. Ensure that the page is SEO optimized and UX tested.

Tasks/deliverables

  • get to know the team and interview all teachers
  • Decide on themes for bios and collect 10 photos based on themes and answers to Q&A and or stories about each teacher
  • create an excel doc to manage teacher/therapist bio info for future and add to onboarding process for future hires
  • update/create page on website
  • create social media posts in canva for each teacher and schedule in later after approval
  • create strategy for future maintenance of bio pages
Livrables
  • meet to be orientated to our company culture, slack, trello, onedrive, Squarespace website, acuity scheduling
  • meet the team in a zoom meeting and talk about the artistic direction of this page
  • find examples of excellent company team pages and make suggestions of the direction to explore with our team
  • interview each team member and collect photos, bios, videos and interesting facts about team members, get teaching schedule, web and social handles, ....
  • add team members schedules to acuity for booking one-on-one sessions/yoga therapy/private classes etc.
  • put together the page in Squarespace
  • launch page on the website
  • create a post for social media and our newsletter for each instructor that links back to our website (canva, later) - 1 per week focus on each teacher and what they bring to the studio and how to work with each teacher/therapist
