Learners will engage in the following activities to support this goal:
- Conduct user journey mapping for key personas and business scenarios
- Conduct secondary research (and primary research if feasible) to build evidence-based personas and realistic user journey scenarios
- Develop low to medium-fidelity wireframes that visualize the platform’s core functionality
- Define intuitive navigation paths that support strategic decision-making
- Identify friction points and propose user-centered design enhancements
- Deliver a design rationale report and present findings to the project lead
The key deliverables include:
- Research Summary (1–2 pages or slides) outlining key findings that informed persona creation and journey mapping
- User journey maps
- Low to medium-fidelity annotated wireframes (using Figma, Adobe XD, or Miro)
- UX recommendations for layout, flow, and usability
- Final design presentation and documentation
This project sets the stage for MVP development and gives learners the opportunity to influence the architecture of a real-world SaaS product in the consulting space.
Learners will complete the foundational UX design phase of the Epigram Strategic Business Coach App. This includes mapping the user journey and designing wireframes to visually guide the app’s development.
Expected Deliverables:
- Detailed User Journey Maps outlining user flows for core features such as business planning, live consulting access, and AI-guided tools
- Low to Medium-Fidelity Wireframes showcasing layout, navigation, and interactions across the primary pages and features
- Annotated Design Files that explain user intentions, interactions, and design decisions
- UX Improvement Suggestions based on usability principles and anticipated pain points
- Final Presentation Deck or Video summarizing the journey map, wireframes, rationale, and implementation recommendations
These deliverables will serve as the blueprint for building the MVP version of the app.
