Objective:

Design and build a reusable, AI-powered marketing toolkit to support scalable digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). This project will focus on integrating OpenAI API for content generation, n8n for workflow automation, and Baserow as the central campaign database.


The goal is to enable faster, more intelligent campaign development—from content ideation to deployment—while reducing manual work and improving testing speed.

Project Scope Includes:

This toolkit will be used across a variety of campaigns and marketing goals, so it should be flexible, modular, and easy to adapt for different audience segments and content styles.

Tasks:

✅ 1. Research Consolidation & Workflow Planning

  • Review existing research assets including prior campaigns, personas, keyword research, email funnels, and ad creative
  • Identify key repetitive tasks in campaign setup and content generation that can be automated
  • Map out a blueprint of where automation, AI content, and centralized data can improve efficiency

⚙️ 2. Tool & Platform Integration

  • n8n: Build automation workflows to:
  • Trigger content creation tasks
  • Manage campaign asset approvals
  • Push copy, targeting data, or campaign briefs into spreadsheets, CRMs, or ad tools
  • Baserow: Design a flexible campaign database to track:
  • Campaign names, types, objectives
  • Targeting parameters (location, demographics, behaviors)
  • Creative versions, ad copy, hooks, and call-to-actions
  • OpenAI API: Create a set of prompt templates for:
  • Google and Meta ad headline variations
  • Primary text, descriptions, and creative briefs
  • Email sequences, landing page hooks, and keyword clustering

🎯 3. Campaign System Development

  • Develop modular campaign kits that include:
  • Prompt templates linked to specific campaign goals
  • Automation workflows for briefing, content review, and deployment
  • Templates for audience segmentation and creative testing
  • Design variations for ad placements on:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

📈 4. Testing & Optimization

  • Simulate outputs from OpenAI to compare tone, structure, and engagement style
  • A/B test content variants in sandbox environments
  • Document recommended workflows and system improvements
