I had the pleasure of collaborating as a UX/UI designer with the "My Yoga Network" team during my IDP project for the Springboard bootcamp. AI-Driven Business Transformation: Scaling Across Hospitality, Corporate, and Healthcare

Objective Design and build a scalable, AI-powered wellness marketplace and service delivery system for My Yoga Network. The project will focus on integrating AI-driven CRM, workflow automation, and market analysis to expand wellness services across hospitality, corporate wellness, education, healthcare, and B2C yoga therapy. The goal is to enable faster client acquisition, streamlined service delivery, and measurable ROI while reducing manual work and creating repeatable systems for both yoga professionals and B2B clients. Project Scope Includes This system should be flexible, modular, and multi-channel , serving both internal business operations (CRM, automation, contractor onboarding) and external client-facing needs (hotel wellness programs, corporate retreats, private therapy sessions). Tasks ✅ 1. Research & Market Analysis Consolidate existing research: hotel wellness trends, corporate wellness, school programs, healthcare reimbursement. Identify the highest ROI client segments (luxury hotels, corporations, healthcare, B2C). Map out customer journey blueprints for each segment. ⚙️ 2. CRM & Workflow Integration CRM Setup (GoHighLevel or HubSpot): Centralize lead data, automate follow-ups, integrate AI-driven agents. Automation Workflows (n8n or equivalent): Trigger outreach campaigns. Automate scheduling, onboarding, and quality tracking. Push proposals and contracts to leads with minimal human touch. 🎯 3. AI & Data-Driven Tools Build AI prompt templates for: B2B proposals (hotels, corporations, schools). Marketing copy for social, email, and outreach. Personalized yoga therapy messaging. Prototype AI-powered “booking agent” that handles guest or client inquiries end-to-end. Develop data dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for client engagement, revenue tracking, and outreach performance. 📈 4. Service & Marketing System Development Templatize deliverables for hotel/corporate wellness packages. Design influencer/ambassador playbook for hotel activations. Create social growth kits for yoga teachers (templates, posting cadences, outreach scripts). Develop pilot wearables integration concept (wellness KPIs for clients, optional). 🧩 5. Testing & Optimization Simulate AI-agent outreach to evaluate conversion rates vs. human outreach. A/B test social campaigns and email follow-ups. Collect feedback from pilot hotel/corporate contacts. Document best practices + system improvements .

Project Scope Includes: This toolkit will be used across a variety of campaigns and marketing goals, so it should be flexible, modular, and easy to adapt for different audience segments and content styles. Tasks: ✅ 1. Research Consolidation & Workflow Planning Review existing research assets including prior campaigns, personas, keyword research, email funnels, and ad creative Identify key repetitive tasks in campaign setup and content generation that can be automated Map out a blueprint of where automation, AI content, and centralized data can improve efficiency ⚙️ 2.
