This project will involve analyzing organizational assets such as personnel, strategic records, our business plan, and pricing/promotional information. We would like you to construct a sales forecast on our behalf, based on their analysis.

We want to construct a sales forecast based on e-commerce sales and retail opportunities.

The final project deliverable is a written report including:

• Details of your forecasting analysis and insights.
• A sales forecast for the next 12 months with monthly projections.
• separate projections for export markets and retail.
• An annual sales forecast for the following two years.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. They will have access through email and messaging during the week and weekly meetings to monitor progress.
