To become more efficient and effective in liaising with new customers and managing the sales process, we need to automate the existing workflow. We would like improve elements of our website and drive SEO ranking to create more leads. With this, we also want to equip our sales team with a qualified leads list, a sales management tool, and an set of email and short text based messages that allow us to manage the entire customer experience and sales process.

The project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Adding new pages to our existing websites (www.peqish.com and www.projecthealthyhuman.ca);
  • Improving SEO ranking to drive traffic;
  • Creating clickable product category tabs, and a searchable map function;
  • Improving website Ux/UICreating a qualified leads list from an existing directory; .
  • Developing 4 email and text messages focused on the connection, introduction, scheduling of a meeting.
  • Supporting our IT department with the implementation of a CRM tool with testing outeach;

The final project deliverable will be:

  1. Qualified Leads list with phone number and email addresses
  2. 3 Scripted Email and Text Messages
  3. Outcomes measures from Email Campaign to determine if messaging requires refinement.
  4. Updated website.
Livrables

The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.

Mentorat

We will ensure that the students have routine scheduled bi-weekly meetings to track progress on the projects. Students will also have access to mentors via Riipen and also if required via WhatsApp or text if it is urgent/important.

Please note that we understand the importance of providing appropriate mentorship.
