business to business management editingWe want a student from law or someone that knows about legal documents to help us organize and formalize a legal document that is used for B2B contracts.
The contract itself will help retain business for the long term and we want this to be a central theme in the new edition.
The project includes 4-5 pages of contract editing.
- The student will get access to our current B2B contract and will learn from management why this contract needs to be amended in such a way to retain future business.
- The student will help to change the content of the contract based on the business activity.
We will work closely with the student and provide all relevant documents including the B2B contract.
