We would like to develop software and applications to automate processes and support our staff and clients, and develop our current website.

We would like to work with students to develop software and mobile applications, and add and change the website.

Livrables

Software, mobile application, and website projects could include one or more of the following:

  • Develop a mobile application for completing audits/assessments for employees to use
  • Develop a mobile application for accessing audit results/report, tools and resources, educational/training material, and organizational information for customers to use
  • Develop a dashboard for Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop a web application to sign-up for training and track attendance
  • Develop an employee payroll & expense submission program
  • Develop a customer satisfaction program
  • Develop a scheduling program to coordinate client site visits with employee schedules
  • Update the format & layout of the website, such as font style, colours & layout
  • Build a webpage form for visitors to submit questions/requests
  • Add a Careers (job posting) page where applicants can apply
  • Add new content to the website, such as descriptions & icons to our social media
  • Edit/add title/page tags/keywords
  • Add a space for blog-posts on the website
Mentorat

Students will connect directly with the employer through by email, phone or virtual meetings. A dedicated employer representative will be designated for this project and will meet with students weekly. Students will also be able to work with the employer's I.T. lead for technical support.

Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.
