Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 3 students or teams with background in Marketing, Psychology, and English. We would love to work with 3 students from these different areas to research, plan, and executive a social media and blog marketing plan for our clinic.

The primary focus for the student will be:

• Marketing Communications - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign.
• Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for our services and ideal communication strategies.
• Content Research - In partnership with the directors, identify topics/areas for social media and blog campaigns; complete research on identified topics and present outlines for content. This could be done by the Psychology student.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

• Market Research - For the student(s) to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our communication aligns with our target sector/customer.
• Content Research/Production - For the student(s) to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience. Produce social media and blog materials that communicate information that helps our target audience understand mental health and enact positive behaviour strategies for managing mental health. Integrate these into our email marketing campaigns.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

• Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; measure and report on performance of these campaigns using tools such as (indicate tools used, eg. Hootsuite, MailChimp, Google Sheets, Excel)
  

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: (Slack, Zoom, company email)
